E-BIT Technologies installed a PBX system for our company in October 2006. At date of writing this letter (4 months later) we have never had an unscheduled outage. The installation was professionally handled, and considering the complexity of our setup, the implementation led to practically no business downtime at all. The staff, with whom we have dealt at E-BIT Technologies (Corne Dreyer and Clinton Bosch) have been incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and obliging. On occasions when we have required assistance or a tweak to the system, they have made themselves available and assisted us over and above what was expected or contracted into our service level agreement. The E-BIT Technologies reporting system, that they have developed in-house, is way superior to any other system that I could find. Furthermore, they are constantly open to suggestions and are always willing to customize reports according to our
company’s specific needs.
